Ingredients

  • Tomatoes 6


  • Panch phoron 2tsp


  • Sugar 1/2cup


  • Lemon juice 1/2


  • Kaju 4-5


  • Raisins 6-7

Directions

  • Wash the tomatoes and cut them into cubes.
  • Now heat a pan add some oil when heated add the panch phoron.
  • Cover and cook the tomatoes.
  • Keep stirring in between.
  • When the tomatoes are soft and mushy add sugar.
  • When sugar melts add salt and give it a nice mix.
  • Add lemon juice and turn off the flame.
  • Take another small pan, heat some oil and add kaju and kismis and fry them lightly.
  • Add them into the chutney.
  • Your delicious tomato chutney is ready to be served.
