Wash the tomatoes and cut them into cubes.
Now heat a pan add some oil when heated add the panch phoron.
Cover and cook the tomatoes.
Keep stirring in between.
When the tomatoes are soft and mushy add sugar.
When sugar melts add salt and give it a nice mix.
Add lemon juice and turn off the flame.
Take another small pan, heat some oil and add kaju and kismis and fry them lightly.
Add them into the chutney.
Your delicious tomato chutney is ready to be served.
